„Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Appartement, fantastische Lage. Mittendrin und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Nachbarn oben rückten jedoch bis Mitternacht Möbel umher, was den Schlaf nicht möglich machte. Das Bett war jedoch super bequem! Die Küche ist mittelmässig ausgestattet (nur 3 Gabeln, keine kleinen Löffel), Geschirr war teilweise dreckig. Wir würden dennoch auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.“

Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.“

„Check-in and check-out can be a bit of a hassle. The security deposit feels a bit high, and it can take ages to get it back, especially if you don’t follow up. The amenities could be better, and the heater isn’t very effective at warming up the place. There aren’t any slippers provided. The bed is a bit of a disaster, and you’re likely to end up with back pain. For the price, you might find a better hotel in a better location. The location was good.“

„This apartment is in a wonderful location. Only a short walk away is probably the best shopping location in the World. I am from NYC so I know 5th Avenue. The neighborhood where the place is located is lively with lots of terrific cafes, bakeries, fresh fruit stands and restaurants. Inside the apartment, there is a clothes washer and dryer, coffee maker, micro wave, refrigerator, and flat scree TV. The hosts were very helpful and communicated with me several times before and during our stay. ...
