You access the house via a private entrance. The street is quiet and residential. Parking is readily available on the street in front of the house. A reserved parking space is included, but the neighborhood also offers free public parking nearby.

The house is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Saint-Brieuc. The historic center (Saint-Étienne Cathedral, old town) is just a few minutes away by car or bus. The port of Saint-Brieuc and the coastal path of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc (beaches, thalassotherapy, water sports) are a 10-15 minute drive away. Local shops, a bakery, a supermarket, and restaurants are all within a 5-minute radius.

Easy access by car (from the RN12). Saint-Brieuc SNCF train station (TGV lines to Paris, TER regional trains to the coast) is approximately 3 km away. Several bus lines serve the area, allowing you to reach the city center in about 10 minutes (check the local bus timetable for more details). Rennes airport is a 1 hour 15 minute drive away if needed.
