„Das Appartment war trotz Bestätigung für uns nicht verfügbar. Es war einfach niemand da! Es ging niemand ans Telefon oder hat auf mails reagiert. Die Wihnung lag im dritten Stock, das Treppenhaus wirkte sehr runtergekommen und roch gar nicht gut.Wir sind also umsonst angereist. Da Hochsaison war, haben wir auch nichts mehr woanders gefunden. „L'appartement est très bien situé sur le port de Saint Vaast la Hougue et à côté des commerces et des restaurants. Malgré les rues fréquentées autour, l'appartement est très calme. Le stationnement est assez facile sur le port, sauf les jours de marché et de fête du village, mais c'est le cas pour l'ensemble du village. Jolie terrasse ombragée avec plancha.“

„We had a fine holiday in the nicely furnished appartement. The place is good to explore other places in the Normandy. Beeing at home, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the harbour activities and the beautiful sunsets. From the fish market directly at the harbour we had fresh fish for several times. Also, there are some other markets in town. Martine is a very friendly and helpful person. The appartement is clean and everything is like in the description.“

Lets take the upside first, if you want a centrally located appartment, the appartment is a good choice, the appartment was clean and fairly silence during evening and night. The single bedroom is very small, and the appartment should be able to cater for 4 - 5 people, I would say a maximum of 3 people. We missed some kitchen equipment, such as a Electric kettle, whisk,ladles, table mats a.s.o. - quite ordinary eqipment and easy to fix for ...

„Wir haben die Feierlichkeiten zum D-Day 2017 in der Normandy besucht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Omaha Beach und zentral im Invasionsgebiet. Sie ist ideal geeignet um von dort aus Erkundungen zu starten. Die Anmietung lief Problemlos, der Vermieter spricht Englisch und Antwortet sehr schnell. Vor Ort wird eine Schülsselübergabe vereinbart und der Urlaub kann beginnen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was wir brauchten, außerdem gibt schnelles WLAN kostenlos. “

"Wir haben mit 3 Kindern für 2 Nächte übernachtet. Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommene Anlage, darüber hinaus sehr lieblos gestaltet. Die Wohnung selber war nicht in einem sauberen Zustand. Badezimmer ziemlich abgenutzt und unansehnlich. Der gut beheizte Pool hat unseren Kindern gut gefallen!"

"Beim Hotel handelt es sich und eine Unterkunft im Stadtzentrum direkt am Hafen und beim Strand. Wir waren im Winter im Hotel und zu diesem Zeit war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich diverse läden und einkaufs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten."
