„Lovely place, super comfortable bed! And all the things you could need for a short getaway“

„Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy. Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of. ...

„For some reason they seem to change how long it takes to receive your deposit.“

„Apartment 6- ok room for what we needed and ideal location. If you like quiet peaceful night these are not for you as clubs below open until 5/6am then there is the clean up and bottle bin noise. „The room on arrival was very hot windows didn’t open and fan was broken. The sofa bed was broken along with window blinds. No toilet roll left for a week stay! After complaining they moved us to another room which was filthy dirty. Broken blinds again with broken toilet seat not connected to toilet! Very noisy. Drunks sleeping in stairwells! Only thing good about property was location to city. Check out terrible as given wrong key code so no way of leaving key fob.“

„Leider wurden wir nicht in diesem Appartement untergebracht. Sondern im Queens Avenue. Das hatten wir nicht gebucht. Außerdem hatten wir nur ein Schlafzimmer. Gebucht waren zwei. So geht es nicht. Wir werden wohl nicht mehr hier buchen. Schön wäre ein Antwort. Auch glaube ich haben wir dann zu viel bezahlt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Alex Seis“

„Our stay was nice. Check in was easy. Kitchenware was enough. Connection with the manager was easy. Salma was very helpful. Thanks.“

„Fairly comfortable. Communication not particularly good or helpful.“

„Booked this for a Morecambe break. We spent most of the day around Morecambe Bay and barely needed to plan transport. Really liked the cocktail bar.“
