„This home was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the happy yellow 🌻 and the crib in the closet 👶😴. The home had more than enough space for us all to sleep and had a nice variety of activities to choose from—video games, playground, swing, hot tub, fire pit, books, etc. With a convenient grocery store close by, we had everything we needed. Bethany was a very responsive and gracious host. We are already looking to book here again in the future!“

However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. „We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!“

The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. „This vacation home is so amazing. It is rustic, yet modern and luxurious and completely comfortable, cozy, enchanting and charming, as well as super spacious. It is only 15 minutes from Sandpoint, but much better than actually staying in Sandpoint, because it is in the forested hills by Cocolalla Lake, close to Round Lake State Park and Sandpoint, as well as a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain ski resort.
