La Colline Haute, private pool

Perched on the Côte de Péchaud in Sagelat, the house looks out over the valley and its wooded hills. Its name, La Colline Haute, is simply the place name translated: Péchaud comes from the Occitan Puèg Aut, meaning 'the high hill'. It sleeps up to 4 guests, deep in the countryside.

To the right of the entrance is a large, light-filled sitting room with a corner fireplace. Comfortable sofas invite you to relax, and a sliding patio door opens the room onto the terrace, garden and pool.

Beyond the sitting room, the warm-toned, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large fridge) is arranged around a handsome solid wood table, ideal for family meals. It leads straight out onto the terrace for meals outdoors.

To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Upstairs, the second bedroom also has a double bed and its own shower room, with a peaceful view over the garden.

Outside, the large garden with mature trees is home to a private pool, surrounded by a wooden deck with sun loungers and parasols: the perfect spot to enjoy the peace and the view.

Optional extras available :
- Linen pack (€25 per person): includes 3 towels per person (2 towels and a pool towel) and bed linen (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover).
- Baby pack (€25): includes a highchair and a travel cot.

A security deposit of €300, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card, will be requested one week prior to your arrival.
