    At the end of a long, gated drive in coveted Sagaponack South sits an 18th-century barn thats been given an entirely new life without losing its soul. Restored with imagination, elegance, and fun in mind, this three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom retreat plus adjacent guest house is ready to accommodate your friends and family. The interiors are carefully curated with hand-picked antique finds, balanced with modern items from Design Within Reach and Serena & Lily the kind of mix that makes you feel at ease straight away, while still looking like it belongs in a magazine.

    Inside the barn, the great room is the showstopper: soaring ceilings, hand-cut wide-plank wood on floors and walls, freshly painted white walls, lots of windows, a farm table for indoor dining, and a fireplace that looks incredible year-round. The kitchen brings its own drama river fossil stone flooring, Caesarstone counters, a Vermont soapstone sink, a beautifully restored 1930s Magic Chef stove standing next to a second working fireplace, and a breakfast bar overlooking the preserve.
