Hidden Oasis with pool and garden

The main house

This is a main house with a private front entrance and a vast backyard area:
- Separate, very welcoming living area.
- Full kitchen equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc... With family-size dining table.
- 3 spacious bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have KING-SIZE beds, and the third has two TWIN-SIZE beds.
- TWO bathrooms with shower/bathtub.
The recently remodeled and upgraded unit has a beautiful, fresh, cozy feeling. We provide everything our guests might need and do our best to ensure that everyone gets as much privacy as possible and that our guests are comfortable throughout their stay.

The guest house

The downstairs bedroom has a nice panoramic view of the sparkling swimming pool and beautiful backyard. It also includes a Victorian-style electric fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly nights. There is a sliding door that takes you right out into the spa area.

The upstairs bedroom. The ceiling in this room is rather low; You have to duck when walking through the door but can stand inside and move around, no problem. I would recommend the upstairs place for anyone under 5'7. They will fall in love with our oversized extremely comfortable Split-King size bed with luxury European-style cotton bedding like those found in World Class Hotels.

The house also has a living room with couches. You will love relaxing with our 50" smart TV. We are providing 3 AC mini-split units.

There is also a small kitchenette with appliances and a medium fridge with a freezer in the living room and a small fridge under the countertop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot water boiler, and electrical burner to prepare food. All to use to your heart's desire. Silverware, pots, pans, plates, cups, and wine glasses-you name it!

The comfortable tiled bathroom has mirrored cabinets and comes equipped with a cutting-edge corner shower that you will love! It has many settings and is just plain cool!

Whether you are traveling for business or exploring the area, you will be delighted with your stay. The separate guest quarters provided extra privacy, which is excellent for an additional couple of several couples traveling together.
There are many fruit trees on the property - lemons, grapefruits, apples, cherries, plums, and others...all you can eat.
There is also a large-sized crystal-clear POOL with salt water that is free to use 24/7!

WOW it was great

The property was so lovely. It was clean and charming. Everything worked properly. Our entire group was pleased and happy and our vacation was great. This was our first family vacation and we could not have found a property more perfect for our configuration of people. The guest house was a bonus and gave us the space we needed for down time. Life celebration gathering

We were a total of 10; mostly out of town guests. We were pleasantly surprised as to how functional and clean this place was. It totally exceeded our expectations. It’s a bit dated but very good quality. The pool was fantastic. It’s a great place to enjoy quality time with family. We hope to stay again soon!! I highly recommend it. My family thanked me many times for finding such a nice place. Outside There were 5 different areas to socialize.

Booked this property due to it being close to the wedding venue of a family member. I was presently surprised by the updates to the home, how incredibly clean it was and the backyard is amazing. I felt immediately at home away from home and the pool was a blessing in the daily 100 degree plus heat. Highly recommended rental!

Lovely place to stay!!

We were visiting the Sacramento area for a family function and found this gem! Having 2 seperate places was perfect for our group. The property has beautiful landscaping that is well maintained. The pool was chilly, as it was April and 85+ degrees so we hopped in anyways! Sergey was very quick to respond to our questions. Will definitely look to stay here next time we are in town!!

Great house and location

We were in the area visiting our daughter and we wanted to be able to hang out and cook meals together. The house was big and able to accommodate us so that we were not bumping into each other. We used the barbecue area at least 4 times and it was fantastic. It was just like being home. We really appreciated the cleanliness and the very large property. The pool was so much fun. we were in it every day. When we stay in hotels with pools we barely use them. This pool was so clean and very large. I appreciate everything our host Sergiey did to make our stay so relaxed. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

We were in town for the marathon. The property was 10 minutes from the start line and centrally located among shopping and restaurants. Quite neighborhood that was easy to get to off of a couple busy streets.

Better than Home!

Let me start out by saying this was the best home rental we have ever stayed at. Not only was the place squeaky clean and full of so many extra touches, it far exceeded the description and photos. The house is centrally located and easy to find. There are grocery stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, and a ton of family-based activities within a ten minute drive (escape rooms, aquatic park, rock climbing, trampoline center, etc). The house itself has comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, bathrooms (with extra touches like a variety of shampoos and other toiletries), a huge television with every app you could want, and even a wet bar in the dining room. The air and heat work well and the house was comfortable both during the day and night (on our trip the weather ranged from rain and 40 degrees outside to a day where it was in the 80's). The backyard is so beautiful. There were so many trees in bloom, intimate seating areas, green grass, and the salt water pool was fabulous. My youngest cried when it was time to leave and did not want to leave; we only calmed her down by promising to return. We will definitely be back, You will not regret booking this stay.
