First off I don’t expect much from a Days Inn
But the facilities were horrible, not sanitary mold
Staff lacks basic customer service and completely lied to me! I called the day before and Asked the staff if it was possible to check in at 11am because I was in town for work and I needed to start my job at 12pm to 10pm
The guy asked if it was double beds I said yes he put me on hold looked and said yes not a problem and he put notes in the file. I was grateful until I arrived at 11am and was told by the woman I assume was manager that if I needed to check in early I had to pay and extra $50. I told her that the guy the day before never said that to me and if he had I would have came in later. I drove 3 hours early with the complete understanding I could check in early. In the process of explaining the complete unacceptable reaction and lack of understanding from her shows exactly why this hotel looks the way it does and should be closed completely down!!! If she was the manager you see why they have lots of vacancy and facilities look like they do. I will never stay here again! I would rather pay more and driver further for work. I have several months ahead of me working In this area but will never use this hotel!!!
I really hope others read my review and think twice of staying at this hotel
