Our home is in a quiet neighborhood. Please share these rules with your group prior to booking as booking is acknowledgement and agreement of the rules.

• Guests: List all overnight guests on your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed to use the property. Day visitors require written approval; a $400 fee applies if approved.

• Quiet hours: 8:30 pm–8 am. Keep voices and music low.

• Parking: Driveway and street parking is permitted ( in front of house)

• Pets: Prior approval required; maximum two dogs, $50 per dog per stay. Keep pets off furniture and never leave them unattended. Bag waste and place it in the outdoor garbage can.

• No smoking, drugs, candles, or hair dye.
