This cosy 45m² studio in Celeirós is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Located on the 1st floor, access requires climbing steps.

The accommodation is located within the main house, and you will have exclusive access to the studio space.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for two, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine.

The adjacent sleeping area features a plush queen bed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room's functionality.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery for preparing meals.

The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The cozy terrace, equipped with a table and chairs, provides a lovely spot to relax with a cup of tea or coffee.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The property is located in the parish of Celeirós, in the municipality of Sabrosa, district of Vila Real, Portugal. The area is known for its natural beauty and proximity to the Douro wine region. In the surrounding area, you can explore the vineyards of the Douro, famous for its terraced landscapes and wineries producing Port wine. There are also panoramic viewpoints offering breathtaking views over the Douro River and the surrounding countryside.

For outdoor enthusiasts, there are several walking trails where you can enjoy the local flora and fauna. The region also boasts historical landmarks, with churches and small villages reflecting traditional Portuguese architecture. For a broader cultural and gastronomic experience, the city of Vila Real is just a short drive away, offering museums, local restaurants, and markets.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 74-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

I live in a separate suite in the property and I am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-the-phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
