„Thanks“

„More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!“

„Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good.“

„Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend.“

„Musste Zimmer tauschen da alles defekt war. Check in war mühsam. Zu viele Vorschriften. Um den Pool zu benutzen musste man 2 mal im Tag 250 peso’s pro Person bezahlen. Davon stand nichts bei der Buchung.“

„Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. „It was great . I needed a break and place to stay . The owner is very friendly “

„We stayed 7 days and 6 nights. 1st 4 nights no internet( I had to pay for the load and runs out fast & very slow internet). Rainier the manager let me stay in Germany room 204 2nd floor and faucet in bathroom sink not working. At first looking for this place is a nightmare in google map(you have to search Kassel Residence. Office 105 in Hungary was hard to find and was looking up to see room number going in and twisted my ankle in process and told them and they said I was too tall that is why I ...

„Total squalor that is unworthy to be advertised to foreigners visiting Manila. Roaches, spiders, blood stains, you name it. And the added bonus of this stench that loomed plus all of the sketchy personalities roaming around you.“

„THEY DID NOT ACCOMMODATE ME! Not replied to calls and texts and I was forced to book again for another place to stay. BAD AND INCONSIDERATE HOSTS! Refund my payment! I have proofs of non communication and statement from the guard of the place. “
