„Generally the hotel is good and we can recommend. We are family of 4 and the rooms are little small but for a few days enough, pool is nice but water is not refreshing at all, some deeper waters would nice but probably it is acording the main guest group wit smaller children not dominating swimming fully. The live guards are super attentive and won’t let me leave alone my 10 year which can stand in the water and swimm. The beach is ok but I would recommend the empty beach right next to the hotel ...

„Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit eigenem Strand und vielen Aktivitäten (Spa, Bad, Tennis, Basketball, Kinderecke,…). Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit es ist alles gut organisiert. Der einzige Wermutstropfen war, dass wir nach der ersten Übernachtung 70 Minuten (!) in der Warteschlange für Frühstück warten mussten. Am zweiten Tag wussten wir schon, dass wir rechtzeitig das Warte-Ticket abholen. Diese Info wäre beim Check-In hilfreich.“
„My only complaint is actually probably more with Expedia than the hotel. I booked room for four people. Two adults and two teenagers (Expedia will ask ages so I put 16/17). I didn’t think anything else of it. When I got to hotel though was informed that I should’ve booked as four adults- desk told me that policy is anyone over I believe six (might be 8 years old I can’t remember) is considered adult.
