„What a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy time away with our family as we came together from three states! Even in the rain and chilly, we had plenty to do; TV, games, and the hot tub was definitely a hit during that time. The indoor hot tub room was perfect especially when it was raining. The doors that opened to the outside and the screens pulled together to keep bugs out were so nice. We enjoyed the pool immensely when the sun came out. So relaxing! „Very clean hotel ..“

„I don’t understand the positive feedbacks. The hotel is old and run down. In the gym, none of the equipment works properly. Sofa in room was torn in several places. Mirrors were really dirty. TV is old and picture quality is poor. I wouldn't stay here again“

„POSITIV Schönes, historisches Hotel im Zentrum der Kleinstadt Marion, VA Gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit historischem Charme. Freundliches Personal ZU VERBESSERN Auch als historisches Hotel würden einige Auffrischungen und Renovierungen nicht schaden. Gläser statt Plastikbecher auf dem Zimmer wäre toll. „Nice workout room and delicious breakfast. Quality place.“

„Beautiful historic inn by the river. Close to downtown Damascus. We were able to walk to our bike shuttle to get on the creeper. Nice restaurants within walking distance and the hotel in the restaurant was really good. Loved our room and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The lady in charge of breakfast is a gem. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. You will love this place!“

„Was quite but lots of roaches“

„Sehr schönes Hotel, alles super. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Nur beim Frühstück hat mein Mann und Sohn das warme Essen vermisst.“

„Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.“

„This was our second stay here this year. Both times we have found the hotel very clean and the staff very friendly. We were in the area this time to look at the fall foliage and as we were leaving the main desk and getting into the car, one of the staff members came running out to meet us, bringing a Yeti mug that we had left at the counter. The Mattresses are fantastic! I do not know the brand of mattresses used at Sleep Inn, but they are amazing. I can't say enough about the place.“
