„The novelty of staying in a 400 year old property, in an incredible location, right in the middle of Rye, made this the perfect place for a long weekend. Everything needed was right out the front door - museums, castle, pubs, and cafes. The actual house was well laid out with decent furnishings and clean towels, and linens. „We loved our stay. The location is fantastic and for us with children being opposite the playground as well as such a short walk into town was great. Rye is just a lovely place and with Camber Sands and other lovely places to explore nearby you can’t go wrong with the location. The main living space is really well equipped with loads of kitchen stuff, sharp knives, comfy sofas and a great selection of books and games. The beds are comfortable and shower is a good pressure. „Such a beautiful caravan. We went at Easter 2026 and there were beautiful Easter touches bunnies etc throughout the caravan. Chocolates and Proscecco were a lovely touch. Checking in process was seamless and they provided so much helpful information. Would recommend and will definitely be back for another stay. Dog friendly too, my dogs loved the warm cozy throws provided and enclosed gated decking area“

„4 night stay April 2026 (Sunday to Thursday) - accommodation very clean, comfortable and modern, hosts very welcoming - location peaceful (a few sheep and horses over the fence at the bottom of the garden, but no noise) and nice dark skies (I saw a few Lyrid meteors during my stay!).
