„The property manager was horrible, she was very aggressive when communicating. She tried to take my deposit for a broken lock that I have never touched. The host communicated with me immediately following the booking, and the Property Manager, Chris, was always available by phone to answer any questions. „The design and layout of the house was more impressive than we could imagine from the online photos. Arriving to have a butler and kitchen staff was unexpected also. Not having to cook or clean is truly a vacation. We saved so much with the kitchen staff rather than eating out every meal. „My family gathered at The Big White Villa for a reunion. The location is perfect with amazing views from the balcony, and we were right next to a national historic monument. Best of all, the beach was a short walk away. „The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. „Piper's Cove ist ein kleines und entspanntes Resort in einer Bucht direkt am Meer gelegen. Daisy und Kurt führen das Resort und sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden in ein Apartment upgeradet und hatten so sehr viel Platz. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Personal tut sehr viel, um alles gut in Stand zu halten. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und relaxten Aufenthalt dort :)“

„This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! "At the beginning of our trip, we gave the staff and the swrvise 5 stars. Unfortunately this changed after 4 days. Apparently we hadn't tipped enough. At the pool the food was no longer brought to the table, you were called to pick it up. Also at dinner you had to ask for coffee and drinks in the 2nd half of your stay. Ovrr 170$ for a massage is definitely too expensive. Otherwise the food etc was good for the price."
