„The e house was very clean and true to all of the pictures listed. Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella to use. Very close to the beach and places to eat. Dana was very responsive and communicative during our stay.“

„Time of year was ideal for watching the fireworks in town and across the bay. The home was private, clean and well equipped with accessories for a comfortable stay at the beach. The kids had a wonderful time in a safe community.“

„The house itself was amazing, very clean, modern, and the layout was great. When we checked in, we noticed that the showerhead attachment in the master bathroom was broken. So there wasn’t a working showerhead in the master shower unless you held the attachment over your head. I notified the property manager right away and sent pictures. They said that a handyman would be over at 6:30 pm. I told the property manager that we would not be home at that time but that the handyman could let himself in ...

„It was a great little room for a one night stay for a wedding . Check in was easy , it was clean and in a great location it was walking distance about a 5 min walk to downtown ocean grove and a ten minute drive to asbury park . Also communication with the host was great, answered me quickly and was helpful with any questions I had . “

„Great location and communicative host.“

„Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.“

„Appreciated that they actually provided decent towels along with working TV remotes unlike some places where those items feel thrown in just because. Quick exit on checkout too!“
