„So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed ...

„This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.“

Staff unfriendly and incompetent, Fungi in Bathroom, heavily stained toilet (but had the paper seal - disinfected around it - you did see that they just put the seal on but never even tried to clean it. I had a luxury room but no remote control for the A/C. It was freezing cold in the room, I asked for a remote control, they refused to permanently hand one over to me, as they said ...

„We were drawn to the hotel as we wanted a pool. Unfortunately, the pool in the photographs are of a different SinQ hotel. The pool here is very, very small, no sun loungers, just the bar seats as the pool area is part of the bar! We had two nights and the first was great. The second night the hotel became a party venue with the bar overhead and then people running around the corridors, shouting and slamming doors“
