ACCESSING THE HOUSE: There are 2 circle driveways to the house with a slight incline. You'll need to use the back circle driveway to access the house. The main entry door is up the steps on the second level. All other exterior doors can only be unlocked from the inside of the house.. Guests have full access of the home except for any locked doors or cabinets which are for owner's access only

Roads in the neighborhood are paved and generally easy to navigate, although some areas around Ruidoso and Alto have hilly terrain. Year-round accessibility is good, but during winter, guests should consider having 4-wheel drive or snow chains in case of heavy snow. It's wise to have travel insurance for longer stays.
