„Ich kann mir keine bessere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip in York vorstellen!!! Das Hotel hat erst im Juni 2026 eröffnet. Alles war sehr sauber und die Zimmer mit Bad und Küche (sogar inkl. Ofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) sind perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer nach hinten raus zudem auch sehr ruhig, trotz der zentralen Lage. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage (damit wird auf der Hotel Website auch nicht geworben), dennoch war mein Zimmer zum Innenhof angenehm kühl. ...

„A lovely, clean and modern house, with everything we needed for our short stay. A 7 minute cab ride to the centre of York. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean.Just a heads up - the bathroom is downstairs, which we didn't notice on the listing, so our fault not the host's, but just to mention in case anyone is concerned about having to go downstairs in the night for the loo!Would happily stay again.“

Mirror in bathroom fitted under eaves so too low to see yourself in if you're over 4ft tall. No long mirror in apartment either and bedroom too dark to use mirror over dressing table. „This was an excellent property, immaculate in fact, plenty of storage ,everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. Beautiful bedrooms , comfy beds, loads of storage again . Everything had been well thought out . Good enclosed garden great for our dog . Margaret the owner was very helpful , the property was in an excellent position for visiting the surrounding area and Kirk Hammerton itself was a beautiful village and we only wish we could have stayed longer !“
