"We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast to the full, it was incredibly tasty! The rooms were cleaned twice a day, fresh drinking water was topped up regularly, and at the end there were great surprises such as a fruit basket, a handwritten card and more. A super sweet idea that we were very happy about. A gym that left nothing to be desired, two great pools and an extremely tasteful design rounded off the whole thing. Thanks to the Heaven Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful country and will definitely recommend the hotel complex to others. And all this at an absolutely fair price."

"Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Stadtblick gebucht. Leider bekam ich ein Zimmer im ersten Stock über dem Eingang. Der Stadtblick war ein Blick auf den Parkplatz bzw. zwei Hochhäuser. Wer einen Stadtblick im üblichen Sinn möchte sollte den Panoramablick wählen. Da ist die Stadt bzw. der Garten dann auch zu sehen."
