„This hotel is the best place to stay in Kinigi/to gorilla trek! It’s the closest lodge to the Dian Fossey campus and women’s village, and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We loved that we’d come back to the hotel and they’d clean our shoes and give us a foot massage. „Etablissement avec très grandes chambres et des lits immenses avec moustiquaires. Le restaurant est également de qualité, avec des petits-déjeuners copieux. Le personnel est disponible et professionnel. La vue est superbe. Le seul point noir : le bruit, vu que l'hôtel est situé à proximité de la route. Il faut très difficile de trouver le sommeil à cause des camions qui circulaient à proximité.“

„Het hotel is ruim opgezet, het personeel vriendelijk. Ontvangst met gemberthee. Het hotel was schoon, de kamers ruim. sAvonds werd de haard in onze kamer aangestoken. Voor onze safari naar de Golden Monkeys was het een heel goede locatie, ook voor de Gorilla safari in Rwanda is het een goede plek. Het eten was uitgebreid , maar de kwaliteit viel een beetje tegen. “

„Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick. Empfehlung: Die Organisation der Touren sollte nur eine Person in die Hand nehmen. Da kamen zu viele, die sich mit dem selben Namen vorgestellt haben und behaupteten, sie arbeiten mit Macheoecolodge zusammen. Das war undurchsichtig. -> Da kann aber dort keiner was dafür. Sollte nur vom Management zum Schutz der Gäste beobachtet werden. Ansonsten ist es eine Reise wert und besonders!“

"We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in what is probably one of the most beautiful hotel complexes in Kigali in an excellent location. Special mention must be made of the extremely friendly and thorough cleaning staff and the attentive and consistently helpful restaurant staff. We enjoyed the breakfast to the full, it was incredibly tasty! The rooms were cleaned twice a day, fresh drinking water was topped up regularly, and at the end there were great surprises such as a fruit basket, a handwritten card and more. A super sweet idea that we were very happy about. A gym that left nothing to be desired, two great pools and an extremely tasteful design rounded off the whole thing. Thanks to the Heaven Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, we had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful country and will definitely recommend the hotel complex to others. And all this at an absolutely fair price."
