„Too many notes telling you not to scratch things. It was nothing like as described on website. Spoon holding the window fastener, other windows held together with duck tape. . Felt damp in there so needed heat. Bedding wasn’t Egyptian cotton, bottom sheet was pea green. Tap just dribbled water out of wash basin. Lane and track down to property was terrible, full of holes. We didn’t stay for breakfast or to sleep there.“

„Wonderful boutique hotel in an old Farm house. It is a true "guest house" as one can wish. It is rather like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. If you choose this hotel for a one night stay to catch an early flight or stay a little longer - it is more than just a place where you can sleep. “

„We rent the room for a visit in Hastings. It is at the beach an downtown - all interesting places very nearby. Very nice personnel and uncomplicated check in and check out. ( probably difficult to use for disabled persons - we were on 4th floor w/o lift - however with phantastic view)“

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Nebengebäude. Im Eingang und im Küchenbereich hat stark nach Treiböl gerochen. Sich einen Tee zu machen hat kein Spaß gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Man konnte nirgends die Koffer abstellen. Im Hauptgebäude gab es einen Salon, wir konnten ihn aber nicht benutzen. Feste Uhrzeit ...

„website says the small room use downstairs bathroom so we paid the extra for bigger room but still made to used the downstairs one. paid the extra 20 pounds for a late check out(2 hours). Can't use the living room. Basically you can just stay in your room. 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop.“

The property is old and the musty smell when entering is quite strong. The room is quite as is bathroom. The sink in the bathroom is so small that is practically unusable - even brushing the teeth is difficult.
