„This is an affordable place to stay with a pet. Positives were the place was clean and quiet. As cute as it was remodeled , it still had the disadvantages of an older property such as low water pressure, door sticking and window ACs. We enjoy our short stay and it met our needs.“

„Good communication with the host very accommodating, location close to Atlantic Ave, about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Older complex unit had some updates bathroom needs some work.“

„I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . “

„The unit was quaint and quiet. Walking distance from restaurants and a few shops. Also the beach is walkable too mango tree on site was a pleasant surprise.“

„The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things ...

„In all my years of renting properties for work, I was blown away by the communication and thoughtfulness at this property. Clean room and towels, refrigerator and TV, a desk, all kinds of accessories for recreation at the beach or otherwise. I plan on staying here again!“
