„Beautiful clean unit with a responsible host! Check in was easy, and the unit was reasonably priced and just what we needed. Except for; the listing says air conditioned yet there is no thermostat in the unit. Every day the unit was comfortable, but at night time it got excessively hot. I had to message the host each time I wanted the unit cooler and it didn’t really seem successful. For a listing that isn’t a room in a house, it’s its own studio apartment, I should have my own temperature ...

„The prior reviews were very accurate. Shared wall lets you hear everything in the space directly behind you when you sleep. Many times it’s a screaming baby and the parent(s) yelling at them. Many people walking in and out of the property. Only 1 roll of toilet paper which someone previously stated. Also, trash all over the front yard and side entrance. If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other ...

„Liked: Very clean and comfortable studio. Check-in was so easy. Yadria was amazing and gracious. She responded to emails immediately. I stayed 11 days, and it was perfect. With a private entrance from the private fenced yard. The studio was beautifully done. It was on a very quiet street. The location was perfect. You couldn't ask for a better place. „We loved this place! So many good points to highlight but I really appreciate the bed and bath linens were a good quality. The shower had hot water anytime we used it. The location was perfect to where we needed to go. We walked to a restaurant nearby for drinks and food. We would have liked to ride the bikes to the waterfront but next time. We look forward to coming back and staying longer. “
