„My aunt had her funeral out of town on this weekend yet I was unable to change the dates of my stay due to Marriott policy. Well this is my review stating “What good does this non-transferable stay do for Marriott? You took my $667 to prove a point that you would rather receive poor reviews due to poor customer service than help a customer that in no way is going to stay at your hotel now or for the foreseeable future.” Do not stay with Marriott if your only hotel room choice is not ...

„The room had ants, the door keys stopped working from the exterior and it had to be replaced more than once, we had to request housekeeping, and when they did come, they never change the sheets or swept the floor. When call down to inform all they said was sorry will add you to the rewards program. Housekeeping took hours to clean the surrounding rooms near us and we’re very loud and obnoxious.“

„The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there “

„I was disappointed with the bedding. It was extremely itchy and I slept on the sofa. Also the room smelled damp but unsure if occupant prior to me perhaps used the pool and the room wasn't aired out.“

„The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too ...

„We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.“
