„The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.“

However, the outdoors were somewhat dirty with trash laying all around the property (blue plastic pieces, pampers box, etc.) Also, a window was broken upon our arrival Friday at 3:15pm and we were not made aware of this. Finally, the TVs had a strange setting where they would suddenly turn on in the middle of the night with very loud channels on. Not ideal for babies! „The rooms looked exactly like the photos, the house was very charming and welcoming feeling. Inside the house, and the hot tub, were clean and in working order. We appreciated all the small touches like soap, showering needs, dish-ware etc. The deck off the main bedroom was a nice little quiet getaway. The property was well taken care of, The fire pit was perfect for the cool nights and s’mores! The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Thanks from, two adults, three teenagers and the dog!“

„We had an excellent stay at The Castle! Beautiful and cozy accommodations. Fully equipped with everything we needed and more. We didn't use the sauna, but the spa was decadent! It was very close to the mountain for skiing. (And parking at the Jordan lift made it almost as easy as ski-in/ski-out access). We also spent lots of time just enjoying the house, sitting by the fire, playing cribbage and just relaxing (especially nice after a day on the slopes). Our dog (a Corgi) also loved the house ...

„Our stay was short because we only needed rest for the night. However, check in process was super simple. This place was perfect for all our needs like shower, rooms/beds, kitchen filled with all necessities, great parking. There was plenty of space for everyone and kids would have a great yard area to play in. “

Partied two nights in a row loudly and late…Noisiest I’ve ever had the wilderness be….It was a short stay I wished we could have acclimated to the place more. Would love to explore the trails and more around Bethel. Building and bathhouse are nicely done. Outhouse…needed some lime plus I’m not sure the party goers next door were great to share it with…bad aim.“
