„This is property is the perfect quiet little getaway. Country area with beautiful views of the lake, the woods, the farms. Out in the middle of nowhere, (which is exactly what we were looking for) but 30 minutes or less from just about anything you can imagine, Lakes, wineries, breweries, Syracuse,etc. Will definitely be visiting again!“

„Our host, Tony, was very hospitable and the property was in a gorgeous area not terribly far from most essentials. We barely needed to shop for them, however, as he stocked the cottage with just about anything and everything we could’ve needed. I highly recommend staying here if you happen to vacation to this area.“

It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property.“

„The cottage was the perfect size for our family. It was decorated so beautifully, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. The host was lovely and very responsive. We would love to come back again.“

„Perfect distance and direction from Cooperstown Dreams Park. View from rental was beautiful. One caution rental is located right on main road, but has a great ice cream place about 100 yards away. “

„We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors!“

„Very convenient to Syracuse area, this charming house has all you need for a nice quiet getaway. Quiet inside the house and neighbor-free, the house has very comfortable beds and furniture and a great kitchen. Fun quirks on the style side as depicted in photos are a bonus!“
