Located on Place Cauchoise and only a few minutes’ walk from the famous Place du Vieux-Marché, this 20 sqm apartment welcomes you in the heart of a lively, central, and typically Rouen-style neighborhood. With cobbled streets, local shops, restaurants, cafés, and historic heritage nearby, you will enjoy an ideal location to discover Rouen on foot.
Situated on the 1st floor of a secure building, without an elevator, the accommodation offers a comfortable and thoughtfully designed space. It consists of a living area with an open kitchen, a separate bedroom with an adjoining shower room, and separate toilets.
The fitted and equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare your meals: a small refrigerator, microwave grill, two ceramic hobs, kettle, filter coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Opening onto the living room, it creates a friendly and functional space. The living area includes ample storage, a sofa, and a lift-top, fold-out coffee table that can be converted into a high table according to your needs.
The separate bedroom features a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or work. Adjoining the bedroom, the shower room includes a shower, a vanity unit, and a heated towel rail. The toilets are separate for added comfort.
The accommodation is equipped with fiber-optic internet and a smart TV, allowing you to easily access your favorite apps: Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, YouTube, etc.
For medium and long stays, the building provides a washing machine and tumble dryer free of charge. An ironing board and iron can also be provided upon request.
Bed linen and household linen are provided in the accommodation to ensure a comfortable stay.
No private parking is included with the accommodation. However, you may park in the surrounding streets, subject to the current parking rates set by the City of Rouen.
The accommodation is managed by L’ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation, respect the premises, and be considerate of the neighbors. To finalize your booking and receive the access codes, a bank pre-authorization will be requested via a secure link.

Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to quickly reach popular areas such as the city center, the train station, or shopping districts.
Bus: Several bus lines run very close to Place Cauchoise, including lines 3, 4, and 5. These lines serve various points of interest, making it easy to get around Rouen and to the surrounding towns.
TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-level bus service, is also nearby. It allows you to travel comfortably and quickly throughout the metropolitan area, with strategic stops connecting key areas of the city.
Accessibility: Whether you wish to visit Rouen’s magnificent cathedral, stroll through Old Rouen, or discover the museums, everything is within easy reach thanks to an efficient public transport network.
## Notes
Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on the 1st floor. Guests with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may experience some difficulty accessing the accommodation.
Check-in is self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m., and check-out must be completed no later than 11:00 a.m.
The accommodation is managed by L’ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. In the home, all our guests are provided with household linen, essential products for the first day — shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. — as well as one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat for each bathroom. A welcome kit including a kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of the stay.

Any mid-stay cleaning, linen or towel refresh, replenishment of essential products, or delivery can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please remember that parties are strictly prohibited, with €250 withheld from the deposit in case of non-compliance. The accommodation is entirely non-smoking, with €50 withheld from the deposit in case of breach. Pets are not allowed, with €50 withheld from the deposit, unless requested and approved by us in advance. Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
