First I got the feeling since I booked from Expedia that they don't really care about giving a good service knowing that I booked my room earlier, but they give me a room in the first floor without a good view. The beds where 2 single beds instead of double bed Eventhough I told them I was with my wife and she will has her Birthday !!. I asked for extra pillows and after waiting for nearly one hour to get them, I tried to call them on the phone but it wasn't working and then ended up going to the reception to be told that there are no extra pillows available!!! They didn't bother themselves to come to my room and say that!
The next day I asked to change my room to a kingsize bed room and they did that after longtime processing, at the end we got a room in the basement!!. alone without any other rooms. The next morning they knock the door at 7 am just to ask how did I get in this room because they didn't change the room in the system.
That was so annoying !!
