„Overall a great weekend, The location gave easy access to the local area and everything was close for walk or drive. Good communication and the check in process was clear and easy. We even received a text ahead to let us know it was ready which was great. Property was clean and tidy. A few notes, the garage is a tight angle to fit , took a few tries with the SUV to access. „Overall very enjoyable and only hitch no gas for the BBQ, but felt maintenance had been let slip, lights in one bathroom didn't work, clothes dryer door latch broken, main doors to deck unable to be used, outdoor chair broken, coffee milk-frother agitator missing, broken tile in laundry floor, all minor other than the deck doors and could/should have been repaired before our stay.“

„Needs more cups, needs queen-sized blankets. The duvets were too hot and the blankets were useless. Also, make sure you clear out the shower trap. Also needs cotton sheets. Otherwise, very good!“

„Lisa(Host) was awesome to deal with. Loved the place this main house was located at. Beautiful garden and it’s surrounding. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back to stay her if we are ever in Rotorua. But, the smell inside the house needs a refresher or odour clean. It’s definitely needs some maintenance as there are some things that’s broken (pool table room), some rooms need a change in carpet or upgrade“
