This beautifully done 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom private pool home in Rotunda West is the perfect home for anyone looking to relax, enjoy the best Florida vacation.

Light pours into the home from the entry to the back patio doors opening up half of the house to the enclosed lanai and pool area.



Bedrooms

Split floorplan, with master bedroom with ensuite and patio access on one side of the house and the other two guest bedrooms on the other side of the house. One of those bedrooms is also an ensuite with full bathroom, and the other is with hallway access to the third bathroom (leading out to the pool)



Kitchen and Cooking

Gather in the open floorplan with large kitchen. Tons of counter space make preparing any meal a breeze. The open floorplan means there's plenty of space for spending time with family and friends while in the kitchen.

Enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the gorgeous pool and patio.

West-facing pool and spa, with expansive lanai. Golf course out back.

This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable pet fee will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
