„We came in from NY for a funeral. The house was in walking distance of the family that lives on the same road, so the location for us was ideal. The space was the perfect size for our needs. My son slept in a single room and felt the bed was too stiff for his back, but that is a personal preference. The master suite is nice and spacious and perfect for me to just jump right into the pool. „Really Nice clean house with a lot of extra things like beach cups, extra towels, extra toothbrushes, soaps. Toilet paper. Everything you need in the kitchen for cooking purposes, and even condiments in the refrigerator, was awesome, the house is very clean and detailed with notes around. „Beautiful home, crafted with love and integrity. This home is clearly not just an income property! The hosts/homeowner(s) could not have been anymore welcoming, friendly and beyond accommodating.. Honestly It felt like being at a friends house and that’s how we were treated, as if we were friends. A perfect family vacation of which we had the privilege to celebrate in this obviously well loved home! This home and hosts met our every need and there were12 of us! Thank You for an amazing trip!“

„Stay February of 2025. We've rented a few houses in Rotonda West, and this house by far one of the best houses we stayed at. The location was perfect, quiet and restful. Large garage with lots of beach gear. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 nice bathrooms, master bathroom with rain shower and, really great, a hand shower. „We had a great family vacation (6 person) with a lot of fun and relaxing times during our time at villa osprey. The house is just great, very clean, well maintained and also the support by the management and the owners was just perfect. Thank you again for everything! “

„We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house and pool area were amazing. Very clean and accurate. I felt bad doing it but only gave 4/5 for the location because it is a bit of a drive to convenience stores (10-15 min). Which is fine - helps keep the area from being busy. Just something to prepare for. Our trip was somewhat last minute so needed to go back and forth a bit. With that said, the house was pretty well stocked for what you may need. Will definitely be booking again! “
