„Picture perfect vacation- nice weather and great house. We mostly used the outdoors. The BBQ are is laid out as a beach with great views of the area and the pool is very private surrounded by palm tree. The street is quiet and ideal for running. Kasha is a A host, great communication.Fully recommend.! While in the area prose to also try out Coffee and Friends for Breakfast, Placida Fish Market for Seafood and of course the Engelwood Farmers Market for Fresh Veggies “

„We had a great time with our 2 families. The pool and spa area was very lovely. The tv outside was awesome. We spent most of our time out back. I would’ve only added a comfy outdoor couch. There were many kitchen supplies for us to cook meals at the house which made it feel like being at home. Our kids had a great time and it was also nine not having neighbors out back either. It kept things very private. Alicia was very accommodating and communicative. We would go back. “

„The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. ...

„My young family of 5 and my in-laws young family of 3 stayed at this property to visit grandparents in Rotunda. The entire process was easy and straight forward. The host was communicative before our trip and during as the outdoor tv needed replacing (we hardly noticed the defect but the host was quick to make changes when those things occurred). They have a nice binder to refer to for any questions/recommendations during our stay (example - things to do, restaurants they like, etc!). The house ...

Renovated House with nice pool

"The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. With no shower curtain or a place to hang the shower head. So you always have to hold the handle and be very careful to not spray it everywhere in the bathroom. The 2 biggest issues we had: The washer was hooked up incorrectly. So when you wash with cold water it was actually using hot water instead. I had to find out the hard way and shrunk and discolored some of my clothes. No apologies for that. Just and explanation that this might be the plumbers fault. 2 weeks after my stay, I was contacted by the insurance that they sent out a check to the home owner for a new fridge for 1150. I was not contacted by the owner why this claim was made. This is unacceptable for me and because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this place. "
