„Slightly understaffed at times. Not all staff were friendly and helpful. Big thanks to Jessica who's the heart and soul of operations. Would be nice if staff passed the time of day when you see them e.g. for breakfast. Otherwise breakfast was excellent. Room cosy enough, mattresses good. Slightly damp. Heating not provided although requested and promised by member of staff. Excellently located to explore Lincoln and the area. Would probably return.“

„Beautiful hotel. From walking through car park right to room - everything, everywhere was clean, tidy and really well looked after.
Restaurant serves really good quality food and the staff were fabulous - even though they were really busy with a wedding party.
The room was amazing - lively size, spacious and clean. All facilities (kettle, hairdryer etc) all available and good quality. “

„We stayed for one night. Even though it was a short stay, the hotel made a very positive impression.
The property is impressive, its appearance, decoration and welcoming atmosphere were noticeable. Car parking is easy and adjacent to hotel.
Staff are friendly and helpful. They are very courteous and treat you as a welcome guest.
We can recommend highly.“

„We stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting family and wished we had stayed for more! It was in a beautiful location, so peaceful and quiet. The Tawny Owl room was large and well appointed. 10 out of 10 from us! “
