„We arrived while it was raining Cats and Dogs and there was no overhead roof, so we got wet even with an umbrella. (Valet parking). We were able to get an item on the restaurant menu and not on the room service menu. Best American meal my wife has had, The AC made a clicking sound when started, I had to pout in ear plugs to sleep. Everything else was wonderful - staff was really great.“

„I booked a suite with a bedroom and living room for me and my two grown daughters. I took the sofa which was very comfortable and having the kitchen came in very handy. The hotel had wonderful staff and a great breakfast.The location was so easy to get to and to enjoy all that Bricktown has to offer. I would recommend to anyone.“

„This place was super cute. I had an issue with the carpet unfortunately, the mini fridge had been left ajar or something and the condensation leaked all over the surrounding carpet - wasn't aware until after I took my shoes off and felt it on my feet. The manager *immediately* responded to my email with details to switch rooms. No issue in the other one though. Again, very cute.“

„Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem Schlafsofa. Als wir darum baten, das Schlafsofa doch wie geplant mit Bettzeug auszustatten, sicherte man es uns zu. Als wir nach einigen Stunden ins Hotel zurück kehrten, war jedoch nichts geschehen. Bei Nachfrage erhielten wir die ziemlich patzige Antwort, dass das Housekeeping nicht mehr da sei (es war gerade mal 20.00 Uhr) und somit keine Bettwäsche verfügbar sei. Um aber irgendwann Schlafen zu können (zu dritt ...
