„Everything was really nice, except the fire alarm went off and no one communicated what was going on. No fire vehicles ever showed up. After 45 minutes i called front desk and girl said oh yeah we can’t figure out how to shut it off. Some kind of communication would have been nice. Other than that it was great!!“

„Just off US35, which is good for access, but not good for the amount of highway noise at night. Even with our sound machine, the passing semi trucks kept waking my husband up “

„I really liked the breakfast the pool the room was in order and clean!! and the staff was very nice i travel a lot and the staff at most places i have stayed are rude and the two i dealt with here were so nice and i didnt feel like a bother to them it was a guy and a woman so sweet! Their personalities alone made the stay worth it! And the guy working the snacks and drink area was very nice too! I will definitely be back!“

„This hotel had the absolutely friendliest staff of anyplace I’ve stayed. Breakfast was outstanding! However, the facility still has smoking rooms, on the first floor, which no amount of cleaning can disguise. Thus the down grade. Staff said their major upgrade is scheduled for Fall 2025, which will end the smoking room situation. If they keep the same staff, I’d stay here again, for sure.“

„Checked in early Friday morning due to delayed flights. Upon entering room, the tv stand was super dusty, and noticed 2 large holes in bedding sheets that was a bit of a turnoff for spending $525 for (3) nights. “
