The house is relatively close to everything. About 30 mins from IAH and about 20 from NRG Stadium. So location was perfect. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and we felt safe. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. “
