The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and tub and one with shower. The master suite with sitting area and small kitchenette is very spacious and special!

It is a great house with trees surrounding it, and the Umpqua river right across the street! Large 55 inch Smart TV in living room, another TV in family room/suite, that’s set up as a very large master suite with sitting area. You will enjoy having a washer and dryer too!! There is a running controversy about which restaurant has the best pizza! It seems to come down to bluebird pizza, old soul pizza, and Abbys legendary pizza!

If you want to drive about 10 miles, and you like Korean food, there is a Great Korean restaurant in Sutherlin, Migado Restaurant on West Central. I also like Apple Peddler in Sutherlin. Coffee shop type restaurant with a very extensive menu with huge portions and really good bakery with amazing pie!

You will love the historic town of Oakland, just a few miles from Sutherlin! I highly recommend The Wine Society! Charming little businesses and bars line the quaint streets of Oakland.

Of course there are Starbucks and Dutch Brothers coffee places, but I suggest you try The Human Bean and Java Run!

If you like wine and wine tasting, there are a plethora of great wineries in the area! Lots of wine tasting!
