„Wir hatten die Gelegenheit unsere Wäsche zu waschen, die Putzfrau hat diese unaufgefordert geglättet. Die Suite war sehr modern und hat uns gefallen. Da der Shuttle Bus von der Shopping Mall nicht kam, wurden die Taxikosten vom Hotel übernommen.“

„My apartment was over the generator exhaust pipe which meant the living room was smokey at times. I had booked for 3 weeks and continuously asked to change apartments after the first four days. They didn’t manage this and the only information I received was that there might be a room ‘next week’. Couch and mattress where aged and saggy, all other amenities where good. Good location but fairly loud.“

„Das Hotel ist unmittelbar mit der Shopping Mall verbunden, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Bett war bequem und das Zimmer ruhig. Allerdings wurden die Zimmer schon seit etwa 15 Jahren nicht mehr aktualisiert und die TVS entsprechen schlicht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standort. Ausserdem war die WLAN Verbindung extrem schlecht und instabil. Zudem war eine Dame am Empfang nicht wirklich zuvorkommend und freundlich, das übrige Personal hingehen schon.“
