„The carpet in our room and everywhere was dirty. My feet were black after walking around. Everything felt damp. There were long black hairs everywhere sticking to my daughters toys and clothing. When I mentioned it at checkout she said oh that’s a highly trafficked room. Like that’s an excuse. Fine for a night stay paying through but don’t look too closely anything. Needs a nice deep clean. And maybe a new shower head. “

„Altes Hotel, Zimmer teilweise im Keller > Fenster dann direkt einzusehen, Toilettenspühlung war defekt, habe sie repariert. Check-Out nicht wie besprochen um 11:30 moglich - wurde 10:15 per Zelefon aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Doppelte Zahlung von einer Woche wurde nicht erstattet - Anzeige liegt jetzt bei Mastercard. Fühstuck - selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse nicht zu empfehlen. Kaffee immer wieder fast nur Wasser - einmal hat sich eine Obdachlose im Frühstücksraum die Zähne ...

„The room was clean and the staff was nice. It’s not a big hotel, only two stories. In a good location and pretty easy to get to. It’s just a redone older hotel I think so they are trying and doing a good job of keeping up with the bigger chains.“

„Alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt für ein paar Tage oder länger braucht, war da. Das Zimmer war ausreicheind groß. Besonders die kleine Kaffeemaschine wusste ich zu nutzen, weil ich morgens sehr sehr früh wach wurde.“

„I mentioned twice that I was leaving 1 day early and dropped key, but was still charged for extra day. There was no shampoo when I took a shower in the refilled bottles. Then, when reported they took all the towels except one which I used for the rest of the trip as I was out early and back late. Also, the security door was non functioning. Overall, cheap, but crummy. As the only place in town, they could do better.“
