„Sehr schöne Parkanlage mit großem Pool. Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses wird vermietet, im Obergeschoss wohnen die Vermieter. Zimmer und Bäder ok, die Küche ist leider mini klein und im Durchgang zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Aufgrund des schönen Wetters waren wir aber die meiste Zeit draußen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.“

„Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See.“

„Wir waren eine Woche an diesem Platz und es war von A - Z alles fantastisch. Serena hat uns wenn immer etwas war sensationell betreut. Wenn etwas nicht funktionierte was auch immer Internet, Strom, Duschbrause Reaktionszeit Minuten und alles war wieder in Ordnung. Pool traumhaft. Ein riesen Plus war dass das Elektroauto kostenlos im Haus geladen werden konnte. Danke nochmals Serena. Arrividerci !“

We really loved the terrace with and without roof to enjoy the magnificent view over the huge garden and the landscape. Gretchen was perfect in contact and help.“

„Fantastically equipped and freshly renovated apartment. Beautiful view of Lake Como. The host was very friendly and helped information. The parking hill was a little steep and tight but other than that, the room was fantastic. 20 minute drive to either Como or Bellagio. Toys for the kids to play with and fully equipped kitchen minus a coffee maker. Highly recommended!!!“

„This was the second time, we stayed at this villa (group of friends) and it probably won't be the last time. The villa is beautifully located with a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains and wonderful sunsets in the evening. The rooms in the upper floor are great and we enjoyed the pool and the billard table a lot. The only thing we did not like are the rooms downstairs (will only ve available if booked for more than 8 people). While the rooms themselves are old but fine, the bathroom ...

„Die Villa ist einfach überwältigend! Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen atemberaubenden Ausblick! Herzlichen Dank an Stefania und Maria, die unsere Wünsche so erfüllt haben, dass die Feier unvergesslich bleiben wird! Zwei Kritikpunkte: eine WC-Spülung hat nicht funktioniert und eine Decke hat gefehlt, die aber den Gesamteindruck nicht trüben können. Alles war einmalig und faszinierend! Grazie mille!“
