„Property is very old. Our room was completely lopsided so wouldn’t be good for someone with mobility issues. Needs a bit of spruce up as the photos don’t show the property’s current condition. Carpets need replacing and flooring in bathroom had cracked tiles. Very quiet though and couldn’t hear the noisy pubs around which were playing loud music with noisy shouting in the gardens. Windows have secondary glazing which kept it quiet. Breakfast was nice but tables close together. Property asked for ...

„Wonderful experience from start to finish, the building's and garden are quite stunning with a rural view across the farm landscape that is outstanding. Real relaxation and no traffic noise !! Jane and her delightful staff produced the ultimate breakfast and we would love to stay again. Five star recommendation.“

„Lovely spacious stay at this pub for my family, loved the little touches.. fresh milk in the room, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Large comfy beds. Staff were very friendly, and we had dinner here too which was delicious and well priced. Only thing that let it down were the light curtains giving us an early wake up, a black out blind would be a perfect addition! Well located for Forbidden Corner and Druids Temple. “

„Great Hotel and loved the stay there. Fantastic food and a great location. Room 1 in which we stayed was however directly above the bar. It was possible to hear everything, and it was only possible to sleep once the bar closed. “

„Da wir sehr wenig Englisch sprechen,waren wir auf die Mithilfe des Pesonal angewiesen. Alle haben sofort langsam gesprochen und haben sich mühe gegeben uns alles zu erklären. Leider sprach keiner Deutsch. Wir waren mit unserem 6 jährigen Enkel dort, wenn ich es nicht verstanden habe konnte er helfen (er spricht Englisch)“
