„Overall everything was as advertised. The home was clean & well cared for. I would definitely recommend this home as a perfect house on a lake. It has a spacious deck off the living/dining room & a good size dock where my grandchildren enjoyed fishing. There are also 2 kayaks to use.“

„We had an amazing stay at this property! It had everything we could ask for! It was extremely clean and very well stocked. Nathaniel even gave us coffee pods and creamer, toilet paper and hand soap. The fenced in yard was great for our two dogs and Nathaniel thought of everything because he even had dog bowls there in case we forgot ours. We didn’t end up needing them, but it was nice to know that it was there in case we did need it. This was a perfect spot to stay at the top of Seneca Lake ...

„Extremely comfortable stay! We were in the area for Keuka College’s Green & Gold weekend. This VRBO is in a great location; proximity to Penn Yan, near some of the best wineries/breweries/distilleries, and short drive to Keuka College. „This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. "Room was well equipped but with a very used appearance. Best days were already a while ago. Safe in the room was locked upon arrival and could not be opened as no master key was available. This is a known issue. Breakfast area is very nice including seasonal decorations. Complimentary breakfast was good except for the warm brown water aka coffee. Walmart is next door. For outside eating, can recommend Connie’s Diner."
