„Ein durchschnittliches Hotel mit einer dunklen Lobby. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und der Balkon hatte Sicht auf den Pool. Negativ ist anzumerken, dass das gesamte Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Die Dusche hat keinen Vorhang oder eine Duschverkleidung. Lediglich ein Ablauf mittig des Badezimmers. Zum Frühstück kann man lediglich zwischen "English Breakfast" und "Continental Breakfast" auswählen. Sehr geringe Speiseauswahl. Schöne Poolanlage und großer Garten.“

„Super Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Gastgeber, der viel über die Geschichte Bulgariens erzählen kann und auch gerne Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gibt. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch, das historische Zentrum ist zu Fuß oder mit Straßenbahn/U-Bahn super zu erkunden.“

„We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on ...

„The rooms look good. Allthough matrimonial bed was confirmed, they needed to put two single beds together when we arrived. Breakfast is Not bad except the coffee! They offer fully automatic machines with beans but sweetened powder-milk. Fresh milk on the buffet is cold. If you need warm they heat it up for you… how complicated! No free water in the room or water dispenser with reusable water like in other hotels. Minibar is pricy. “

„Hotel is very nice, clean, very quiet and well insulated, no noise. The lock on our four didn’t work properly. Stuff is nice, very polite manager. Big disappointment was that in the indoor restaurants basically the entire area is smoking area. The non smoking is usually closed and caked VIP! Also - no gym or sauna. No need of a conference room, make rather a gym!“
