„El anfitrión es muy amable, nos dejó entrar antes de tiempo, pero por desgracia al llegar tenía plaga de cucarachas y el olor era insoportable a cigarro, mi hija tiene fobia a esos insectos así que no pudimos quedarnos, pedimos alguna solución y no se nos brindó ninguna ayuda , ni de Expedia, ni del anfitrión ni de Vrbo No dan garantía de nada y aun así te cobran. Mucho cuidado en rentar este tipo de lugares que no te brindan protección alguna.“

"A very nice hotel right beside JR Namba station and the bus terminal to the airports, surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants at the center of Osaka night life. Lobby is on 22nd floor and the rooms have a nice view of the city and are quite ok in size and comfort. Breakfast selection is quite fantastic, as is the view from the breakfast room. A great choice and good value for the somewhat higher price."
