We were a group of 9 staying in June 2025, ages 17-79.The property was exactly as described, location on the beach was perfect.This is our 4th time staying in Exuma and this was the smallest group to go and there was plenty of space and beds. „We had a wonderful time. 4 adults (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 3 kids 10-16). The house is right on the ocean. With a pool. Caretakers are super responsive. About 20 minutes from GGT airport on Exuma. We did one 1/2 day boat excursion with snorkeling, feeding pigs and iguanas, some hiking, wading on sandbar. This was with Captain Perez or Crazy Bahamian. “
