"The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach most attractions, shops, and restaurants on foot. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and dining options nearby. The only issue occurred during check-in. I was initially given the wrong room for the first night. According to the hotel, this was caused by a system error. On the second day, they moved me to a higher room category, which I appreciated and was happy with. The staff handled the situation friendly. However, this is something that should not happen. Overall, despite this inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to other travellers."

"Großes Zimmer, interessante Einrichtung. Kaffee, Getränke und kleine Snacks stehen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung. Frühstück im Café nebenan war recht einfach und übersichtlich gehalten."

"The room was well equipped. The Breakfast was very good. I missed nothing. Our room (33) could use a renovation. The ceiling was cracked and the paint was peeling. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. "

"Das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt . Das war für uns wunderbar . Es liegt sehr zentral im schönen Östersund . Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist gut . Wir kommen gerne wieder."
