„Great cozy spot for a winter weekend away with the family. Plenty of board games and toys for the little ones. The fireplace made it nice and toasty on the chilly evenings. “

„We had a lovely time. It was so quiet and peaceful and lovely being surrounded by the trees and birds.“

„Accommodation was great. Nice and quiet surroundings. Kayaks were included in the price. Well equipped. Only towels and linen you needed to bring. It depends on the people who used it before if there is soap and rubbish bags, etc. available or not. Fruit trees to use :) Fast and good comminication with the host.“

„We had a wonderful time here - great spot to explore and enjoy Matakana, visit the markets and Brick Bay. The house was spotless and the owner was very responsive to questions. Loads of fun had by all thanks! “

„The cottage was just beautiful, a quiet peaceful place that definitely bought us peace coming from a big city. I would live here if I could. Amazing amentities and the bath, goodness coming from a small apartment this was what the doctor ordered. Highly, highly recommend. “

„We booked this place before there were many photos up. We were so impressed when we arrived by how beautiful the house was. I almost wish we were staying for longer. The rooms were massive, the house itself was huge, with so much space that the 8 adults we had in there kept losing each other in random rooms. Heaps of space in the kitchen for communal meals. There were plenty of activities with the spa, pool, pool table, pinball machine. The projector screen was really neat and meant there wasn't ...

„We really enjoyed oyr stay away here. Feels incredibly secluded and private. Loved the little thouches, breakfast in tbe fridge, home grown lemons and the room warmed before we areived.“

„Amazing location! The beach is almost at your doorstep. This made it very easy to hop on our paddle boards many times a day. Shallow waters and the lovely sand bars were perfect for toddlers and kids. The spa was a slight let down. Likely not much use, not easy to access and not clean. Thankfully the ocean was amazing and we had great weather!“

„Kawau Bay Beach House has everything you need. Near to the beach, beautiful holiday home, clean, cozy, warm furnishing and a wonderful landlord.
