This top-floor, oceanfront condo, perfectly situated in the heart of Rodanthe in the Hatteras High building of the Resort Rodanthe, is only steps from the beach and the Rodanthe Pier, with one of the best views around. Enjoy some time with friends down at the community pool, then head over to the picnic area to take advantage of the provided camp-style grills.

Upon entry, you'll immediately notice the bright and attractive interior dressed in attractive floors and decor. This open floor plan connects the kitchen, the dining room, and the spacious living room, creating one large communal area to gather with your family. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and serve even the largest bounty from the sea, while the living room features comfortable couches and a TV. You'll love the stunning ocean views you find from the balcony, and the ground-level washer/dryer will keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

There are two bedrooms to choose from. The primary bedroom sits closest to the ocean, featuring a king bed and a private bathroom. The other bedroom is a queen bedroom with a bathroom available just outside the room.

The community pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dates are subject to change without notice.
Please know that this home is a third-floor walk-up, and there is no elevator in the building.

I would never ever have paid this much money to stay here. We have been coming down to this area for 8 years and this was the worst unit ever.Very over priced; extremely dirty, filthy kitchen and bathrooms with heavy carpet that smelled like wet dog and probably laden with bed bugs ( confirmation seen on mattress)I reached out several times to Vacasa with no response until 4 days into our stay. Luckily I come prepared with my own cleaning supplies b/c Vacasa is always under paying for cleaning. However I threw away most of suitcases and washed everything in sanitizer cycles prior to loading back into car. ( laundry 3 floors below unit)This is technically an ocean front unit but windows were so dirty you can't see out them.Every drawer in kitchen had left over food caked into it and utensils and all pits required deep cleaning which I also didVery disappointed

Okay for the price

Price and oceanfront is what got me to book. Would not stay here again due to all the stairs and no elevator. The only way to get your luggage to your room is to carry it 7 flights of stairs or use the pully system they have. If you use the pully you have to lift your heavy items over the railing. It is a pure pain. The pool was clean. We did find one cockroach in our room. Kitchen utensils and cookwear is cheap. The tolietries was very nice to have. Beds were terrible as well as the pillows. But for the price it was okay. Walls are paper thin and the walk to the beach is okay. The walk back you have to walk up a sand dune. Waves were very roigh as well. Should have spent more money on another place. Also everything close closes at 8 pm. Worth it to drive the 30 min to Nags Head for better food. But we did like the beach was not crowded

This place was perfect. Would recommend to everyone. There is a lift for luggage so you don’t have to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The only questionable comment I have is this. Why am I required to sweep and mop and vacuum before leaving?

Property was wonderful! Communication with online Vacasa folks was not optimal to resolve wifi going down due to maintenance in the building below, but the property manager drove out DURING A STORM! and resolved personally. That's why the 5 stars.

Amazing condo

I can’t put into words how perfect this place is. There’s no healthy restaurants around for miles but if you cook then this place is perfect in every way. There’s no negatives. There’s a luggage lift so you don’t have to use the stairs by carrying everything up to the third floor. Beautiful view gorgeous condo. You’ll regret booking anywhere else.

Nice place, nice location

The place was clean, well equipped, comfortable, and has a wonderful beachfront location. Can watch the sunrise from the bedroom or deck. Only complaint is disjointed communication with the new property management company. Had to call the corporate office repeated times to get simple help from the local office, who were very helpfu once engaged. Minor thing, but it was annoying a couple of times.

Great ocean view with privacy. Large kitchen. Convenient hallway sink. Two sofas. Fluorescent kitchen lights often needed repeated toggling to go on. Screen doors did not slide well and were broken. Cable had no channels and TV had one - no instructions to fix. Building had no elevator, just an outside lift for your stuff. Laundry room on first. Both should have been explained beforehand. Summary: great spot - just have to get past some nagging items

Perfect place!

The condo is on the top floor of the building. That’s a lot of stairs, but completely worth it for the great ocean view. The condo was very clean, comfortable, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet part of the island which was perfect for us. Can’t wait to return!

Great view, wonderfully convenient, very comfortable.

This was our second time at this complex, first in this particular unit. It’s great for a family of four, if kids don’t mind sharing a bed. Kitchen was great. Deck and view were incredible. So convenient to get to the beach. Rodanthe is a quiet part of the Outer Banks, where the beach is by far the focus of any trip. Things location makes this type of trip very easy to realize.
