Es war sehr gut, wir waren freundlich empfangen, wir haben wunderschoene Zimmer bekommen.

Perfect location in the Cairo downtown. Very clean rooms and hotel premises. The surrounding area is full of wonderful shops. All tourists spots are easily reachable from here with an Uber, though hotel staff also provides packages and we used them and say they are worth. Hotel staff are very helpful, and solve any issue with amenities very quickly. Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen, relativ sauber, das Bad aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal war freundlich und durch 24h Rezeption immer zu erreichen. Zimmerreinigung wurde auf Anfrage zeitlich unabhängig und zuverlässig durchgeführt. Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Die Niltour, welche man an der Rezeption buchen kann, raten wir, auf keinen Fall zu buchen. Great small hotel, very clean, friendly staff, excellent location for travellers looking to stay downtown. Easy to walk and take an uber/taxi downtown and Giza. Would recommend, and if back in Cairo, would book again.

The personal from Sammy, the owner, to Abdelrahman at the reception to Mohammed with his food service took great care of us.

The whole staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the room (deluxe room) had a beautiful view to the pyramids (as did the breakfast area) and was decorated in a beautiful way, and of course clean etc., and there was bottled water for us, and a water kettle and tea and coffee, the breakfast was delicious and when we had to leave early in the morning for the airport, we even got the full breakfast anyway, and upstairs there is a restaurant--moreover they helped us organize everything we ...

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel, mit extrem hilfsbereitem und freundlichem Personal. Wir haben uns rund um die Uhr sehr wohl geführt und auch mehrere Touren über das Hotel gebucht. Auch damit waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Gizeh!

Die Aufenthalt war wie immer super schön. Ich darf auch nicht vergessen, alle Mitarbeiter zu loben. Insbesondere die Mariam, die super nett, lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Der Direktor ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke an alle die da arbeiten.
