"The personnel was really friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable too! The hotel itself is in good condition and we liked the heating/cooling system in the room. It was working good and did the job. It's a really nice neighbourhood and close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as to Banff national park. Improvements: the heating system was quite loud, especially at night and the sound proof can be improved - the hotel is very close to the railway and one can hear trains passing all the time. Thankfully it didn't bother as too much as we got very tired after daytime activities every day."

"Outstanding (!), wir waren 4 oder 5 Nächte dort und hatten Gold-Standard. Ein tolles und zugleich imposantes Hotel mit einem super freundlichen Personal. Morgens im beheizten Pool in den Tag zu starten, mit grandiosem Ausblick auf die Berge, Golfplatz in der Nähe, was möchte man mehr? Wir hatten ein tolle Zeit, wenn man noch nicht da war, ein Muss in Banff!"
